• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
• Delivery within the Netherlands: 1–2 working days.
• International delivery times may vary depending on the destination.
• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

📦 Important: If your package arrives damaged or is missing items, please first contact the delivery company (PostNL / DHL etc.) with your tracking number. After that, you can always reach out to us so we can assist you further.

Returns

For hygiene and safety reasons, used lash products cannot be returned.

• If you wish to return unused products, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
• Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
