These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements of Lashes By Madelin. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.





2. About Lashes By Madelin

3. Products



  • Our products consist of cosmetic items such as DIY press-on lashes and accessories.
  • Colors, sizes and images on the website are indicative and may differ slightly from reality.
  • Product details and prices are kept as accurate as possible, but may be subject to change.






4. Orders & Payments



  • An agreement is established once an order has been placed through the webshop and confirmed.
  • Payment must be made in full before shipment, through the available payment methods (iDEAL, Klarna, credit card, etc.).
  • If you choose Klarna – Pay Later, you enter into a payment agreement with Klarna. Once the product is delivered and used, it is considered accepted and payment cannot be refused.






5. Shipping & Delivery



  • Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days.
  • NL & BE delivery: 1–2 business days.
  • EU delivery: 3–5 business days.
  • Worldwide delivery: 5–10 business days.
  • Please note: delivery times may vary due to customs checks or postal delays, especially during busy periods.
  • Once your order has been transferred to the carrier, the risk of loss or damage passes to the customer.






6. Returns & Right of Withdrawal



  • For hygienic reasons, opened or used lash products cannot be returned.
  • Unused products may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unopened and in their original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@lashesbymadelin.com with your order number and a clear photo.






7. Warranty & Liability



  • We guarantee that our products meet normal standards of quality and usability.
  • Lashes By Madelin is not liable for damage caused by incorrect use or application of the products.
  • Always follow the instructions for use and perform a patch test if you have sensitive skin or eyes.

9. Intellectual Property
