1. How long do the Press On Lashes last?

When used correctly, our Press On Lashes last up to 5–7 days at a time. They are designed for comfort, long-lasting hold and that perfect lash look that lasts all week.


2. Can I reuse the lashes?

Yes! Our lashes are reusable, so they are ideal for multiple wears. Remove them carefully, clean them well and store them in the lash case to keep them in top condition.


3. I'm a beginner — are they easy to apply?

Absolutely! Our Starter Kits are specially designed for beginners and contain everything you need to apply lashes quickly and easily. No glue, no mess — just press & go.


4. What's in the Starter Kit?

Each Starter Kit contains:

• A set of Pre-Glued Press On Lashes (in 10mm, 12mm and 14mm)

• A lash tweezer for precise application

• A compact storage box for your eyelashes

Everything you need for the perfect lash look — straight out of the box.


5. Do I need eyelash glue?

Nope! All our lashes are pre-glued, so you don't need any extra lash glue. Just peel off, apply and shine.


6. Are the lashes waterproof?

Our lashes are water resistant, but we recommend avoiding direct contact with water (such as swimming or long showers) to maintain quality and wear time.


7. Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We offer worldwide shipping. Shipping time and cost will be calculated automatically at checkout based on your location.

8. How long does shipping take?

Within the Netherlands, delivery usually takes 1–2 business days. For international orders, delivery time is 5–14 business days, depending on your location.

9. Can I return or exchange my lashes?

For hygiene reasons, all of our lashes are final sale. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receipt. Send us a clear photo and your order number — we'll make it right.

Can I track my order?
